SHIPPING FOR THE UK

• All of our orders are delivered by royal mail
• All orders  with payment received and cleared successfully will dispatched within 1-2 working days for next day delivery, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery
• Delivery is not possible on saturdays, sundays and bank holidays
• Heavenly hair supplies are closed on bank holidays and christmas period 24th december-2nd january.
• All deliveries are recorded and must be signed for.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

• International orders are dispatched by royal mail.
• Cost is subject to weight.
• USA and Canada take approx 8 working days.
• Australia, Japan and Newzealand take approx 8-14 days
• Europe approx take 4-8 working days.
• Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays that can occur in customs.
• There may be custom or import duties to be paid when the package reaches its destination country.
• We do not know the cost of the charges and have no control over them.
• The recipient must pay the additional charges.
• You may contact your local customs office for more details.
