In General

This website is owned and managed by Heavenly Hair Supplies and as a user we assume that you accept our terms and conditions on our website. Furthermore you are aware that our terms and conditions may change and be updated from time to time.

Heavenly Hair Supplies have the right without notice to change or remove any products at any time without notice. We are also at anytime able to suspend or terminate service to you without reason.

Some of our images and colours on the website are for guidlines only and the products and colours may vary slightly.

Refunds and returns

Heavenly Hair Supplies offer a 7 day money back or exchange policy. If there is nothing wrong with the goods, the buyer is responsible for the postage and packing costs. No returns will be accepted after 28 days. You can email info@heavenlyhairsupplies.com if you have any problems.

Heavenly Hair Supplies recommend you return items using registered post with royal mail as we will not accept any responsibility for the goods you return to us. The sender must also insure there is adequete insurance to cover the cost of goods if they are lost or damaged on return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the consumer protection regulations, you are able to cancel your order and return the goods to us, using the returns policy above, providing all of the goods are returned to us unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale. If hair is sent back in an un-saleable condition, the refund or exchange will not be accepted and sent back to the buyer at their cost.

Heavenly Hair Supplies offer a 30 day guarentee from the purchase date on the hair extensions. If the extensions appear faulty, you must report the fault within 30 days of the purchase date. We then require all the faulty hair back for testing. The hair must be returned within 7 days to prevent further damage to the hair. If Heavenly Hair Supplies find no fault to the extensions or find the damage is caused by incorrect insallation or poor aftercare, then the extensions will not be refunded or exchanged and sent back to you.If the hair extensions have been coloured, permed or altered in anyway extensions will not be refunded or exchanged.

Liability

Heavenly Hair Supplies will not be held responsible for things beyond our control, for example any injury or damage cause to third parties whilst using our products. All of our equipment and goods must be used by trained professionals.

We will not be held liable for application of hair or any advice supplied by clients or salons that use our products.
